Well done to all members that participated in the National Open Training today.

It was a chance for EKNGB to train with National and Regional Coaches and be spotted to be invited to National trials in Kata, Kumite and Para.

Also, pre-training for the WKF Commonwealth Karate Games for the selected England Team members. A great turnout from EKNGB Associations.

What a truly fantastic day for English Karate! 

There is something very special happening within English Karate right now. The sport is flourishing, the foundations are being built, and the future is incredibly exciting.

Success doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from the right people, the right environment, the right coaching and, most importantly, athletes who believe in themselves and are willing to work relentlessly to achieve their goals.

With the right coaches in place and the right mindset across our athletes, we have an incredible opportunity to come together as one, develop our talent and create a generation of winners.

A huge thank you to our National Coaches and every Regional Coach who gave up their time to come and support this fantastic day. Your passion, knowledge and commitment are helping shape the future of English Karate.

Today is just another step on the journey.

The hard work continues. The standards will continue to rise. The belief will continue to grow.

And if we continue to work together, support one another and believe in what is possible, there is no doubt that we will look back in years to come and see the incredible results of what we are building today.
